1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Matthew Squires, a sole trader operating under the laws of England and Wales, operating the website matthewsquires.org (“the Website”).
By accessing the Website, purchasing any product or service, or subscribing to any newsletter or programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website and all associated services immediately.
These Terms apply to all services offered including digital mobility and stretching programmes, one-to-one coaching, newsletter subscriptions, and any other content or communications delivered by Matthew Squires.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access any services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and are not accessing services from a jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal.
If purchasing on behalf of a minor, you accept full parental or guardian responsibility for ensuring their participation is medically appropriate.
4. Services Offered
4.1 Digital programmes are delivered via TrainHeroic, email, or a designated client platform. Access is strictly limited to one user account per purchase. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, physiotherapy, or physical therapy.
4.2 Coaching Services One-to-one coaching is offered remotely via video call, messaging, or other agreed digital means. Coaching is educational and performance-based in nature.
The Client acknowledges that Matthew Squires is not a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Medical Doctor, or accredited healthcare professional. These services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Matthew Squires does not diagnose, assess, or treat injuries or medical conditions at any point during the coaching relationship. Any movement or exercise guidance provided is educational in nature only. If you are experiencing pain, discomfort, or suspect an injury, you are responsible for seeking advice from a qualified medical professional before continuing with any programme or coaching service.
4.3 Newsletter Subscription By subscribing to the newsletter via matthewsquires.org, you consent to receive periodic emails containing fitness content, programme updates, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data use.
5. Payments & Pricing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal. Matthew Squires does not store your payment card details.
All prices are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes or currency conversion fees.
If a payment fails, access to the relevant service may be suspended until payment is completed. Matthew Squires reserves the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be collected.
6. Refund Policy
All refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms set out in that policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available through matthewsquires.org — including text, video, audio, images, programme materials, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Matthew Squires.
Upon purchasing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, record, or publicly post any content or coaching materials without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
8. Client Responsibilities
By accessing services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information including health history, medical conditions, and injuries throughout our working relationship.
- Inform Matthew Squires immediately if your health status changes in any relevant way.
- Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.
- Take full personal responsibility for your participation in all programmes and sessions.
- Not share your login credentials or programme access with any third party.
- Communicate respectfully at all times.
9. Cancellation & Termination
To cancel coaching services, email matt@matthewsquires.net with your name, purchase details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are subject to Section 6.
Matthew Squires reserves the right to terminate your access immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, behave abusively or dishonestly, provide false health information, or attempt to share or distribute programme content without authorisation.
10. Disclaimer
All services and content are provided for educational purposes only. Matthew Squires does not warrant that services will meet your specific fitness goals or that any particular results will be achieved. Results vary significantly from person to person.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matthew Squires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits or data; or any personal injury or property damage resulting from use of any programme or coaching service.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
13. Modifications
Matthew Squires reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to matthewsquires.org with a revised date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
