Refund and Returns Policy

I am committed to providing high-quality instruction and resources to help you move better. Because my products range from digital downloads to personalized 1:1 coaching, the following refund policies apply:

1. Digital PDF Guides

All sales of PDF guides and eBooks are final. Because these are digital products delivered via instant download, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete. By purchasing a PDF guide, you acknowledge that you receive full access to the information immediately.

2. Pre-Recorded Digital Programs

All standard sales of pre-recorded digital video programs are final due to the “instant access” nature of the proprietary techniques, video databases, and curriculum frameworks.

Technical Support: If you experience independent technical issues preventing you from accessing your digital platform credentials, contact matt@matthewsquires.net within 48 hours of purchase to resolve the link or replace the files.

The 30-Day Conditional Launch Guarantee Exception: For specific flagship programs delivered via TrainHeroic (such as the Unlock High Kicks program), we offer a strict conditional 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to incentivize student commitment. To legally qualify for a refund under this exception, the buyer must provide clear proof of full athletic compliance.

Compliance Metrics: Compliance is strictly defined as 100% training session completion logged inside the TrainHeroic app from Day 1 through Day 30, alongside the submission of your initial time-stamped video movement assessments.

Denial Policy: Refund requests submitted without complete tracking logs verified on our coach dashboard and matching video files will be denied automatically.

3. 1:1 Live Online Coaching

Once a session has been completed, no refund will be issued for that session.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

If you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to discontinue, you may request a refund for remaining unused sessions subject to a 5% administrative processing fee.

If a medical professional advises you to stop physical activity, provide documentation and I will review your case individually for potential credits or partial refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible services, please email matt@matthewsquires.net or send a message through Contact Page with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
