‘Are you doing enough?’
I used to ask myself this every day.
Enough steps, sunlight, zone 2, mobility, cold exposure, supplements, etc, etc.
I’d listen to fitness influencers and think sh*t, I need to add this to my routine.
So at one point, my morning routine was 1.5 hours long.
I felt like I was winning…
But by the time I finished, I was already behind on the work that actually moves my life forwards.
I was busy ‘feeling’ productive.
I asked myself what would happen if I cut 90% of this?
So I did.
My morning routine is now 15 minutes, and my life has levelled up.
I have more time to train, more energy for clients, more focus for deep work.
Most people are just doing too much of the wrong things.
And the internet has convinced you that health requires $1000s and 2-3 hours of protocols a day.
That’s great for their bank accounts, but here’s what actually matters for your performance:
- 10 minutes of daily mobility work (specific to YOUR restrictions)
- Consistent training with good movement quality
- Adequate sleep and recovery
- Nutrition consistency
That’s it.
Everything else, the ice baths, zone 2 targets, morning sunlight walks, supplement timing is just extra credit.
And if you don’t have the basics locked in, extra credit is worthless.
This is what my coaching does.
It cuts through the noise.
It focuses on the 20% that drives 80% of results.
It gives you clarity so you can stop wondering if you’re doing enough, and just do the work to get outsized results compared to your competition.
If you’re overwhelmed by all the things you think you “should” be doing, I can help.
